The Semmering Base Tunnel is a 27 km long railway tunnel in Austria, and it is part of the European Baltic-Adriatic corridor. Currently the phase “tunnel equipment” is ongoing. The construction site equipment areas were established in close vicinity of the tunnel at the portal of Mürzzuschlag. For the operation of the construction site, offices, a workshop, a storage tent, electrical power supply units as well as guidance and safety facilities are required.
