We are a team of experts specializing in the planning, project management and testing of projects in the field of railway track construction. Our experience covers the design and development of ballastless track and mass-spring systems in tunnels, on bridges or on earth structures.
Schembera Consulting ZT was founded in Vienna in August 2018 by DI Bernhard Schembera, and its headquarters is located in the 15th district of Vienna, with a view at the small gardens of the Schmelz.

An engineering consultant in civil engineering and authorised member of the Austrian Chamber of Civil Engineers.
Having studied civil engineering at the Vienna University of Technology in the field of Transportation and Infrastructure Planning, I first began working in building construction and bridge construction. Further on, I had the opportunity to take part in numerous projects at home and abroad, acting as a project manager and designer at a large engineering company in Vienna, and, subsequently, in an Austrian construction company.
In summer 2018, I decided to become self-employed as a civil engineer (engineering consultant in civil engineering) and to specialize in the field, in which I have the most experience, namely the design of railway trackworks.
In August 2018, I got my authority as a civil engineer at the Austrian Chamber of Civil Engineers, Architects and Engineers and since 16.8.2018 I am registered as an engineering consultant in Civil Engineering. Since then, I have made part of projects in Copenhagen and London with great enthusiasm.
I am looking forward to implementing with my small team exciting and challenging projects in Austria and abroad.
