A tent storage with the dimensions are L = 22 m, W = 12.5 m and H = 7.6 m was built in the city of Spital am Semmering in Styria, Austria for the construction site equipment of the phase “tunnel equipment”. Schembera Consulting ZT e.U. prepared the necessary documentation for the approval of this building to the relevant authorities, including the communication with the authorities. These included the following documents: applications, requests, a building description, relevant forms, a confirmation of compliance with building regulations and the necessary drawings. We also handled the process of securing all official documents from the local authorities necessary for preparing and obtaining the building permit.
